31st August - 12th October

During these drop-in classes we will explore issues such as anger, acceptance, forgiveness, love and compassion. By relating Buddha's teachings to our own experience of these issues and meditating on our conclusions we can learn to come to a deep oasis of inner peace within our heart and leave negative states of mind behind.

This course is closely based on 'How to Solve our Human Problems' by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Each class includes guided meditations, a talk, discussion, and tea and biscuits. They are self contained and open to everyone. There is no need to book, just turn up on the night.


What happens at a class?

We request a facility fee of £6 per class or buy a 'Class Card' for £20 and pay for 4 classes in advance.
