What to expect?
We all want to be happy all the time, yet happiness seems elusive, fragile and temporary. Learn how to create a reliable formula for happiness that is stable and lasting. Sessions last one hour and are drop-in classes, each week is a stand-alone class but fits within the context of the course. Attendance to each session is recommended but not compulsory.
